Product information

Listings may state description, origin, species or variety, quantity, fixed or estimated weight, size, grade, packaging, preparation, harvest or catch details, storage instructions, ingredients, allergens, and warnings where relevant. Information is based on available supplier, packer, and fulfilment data and may be corrected if an error is discovered.

Natural variation and photographs

Fruit, vegetables, fish, and other natural goods vary in colour, shape, size, weight, ripeness, texture, fat, moisture, trimming, and appearance. Product photographs are representative and do not guarantee an identical item. Such differences are not automatically defects when the product remains within its confirmed description and reasonable disclosed tolerance.

Weights and quantities

• Fixed-weight or fixed-count items are supplied at the stated measure subject to lawful measurement tolerance.
• Approximate-weight items target the listed weight and may vary within the disclosed range.
• Variable-weight items are priced or adjusted using the actual fulfilled weight according to the listing and checkout explanation. Any material increase requiring consent will not be imposed silently.

Seasonality, availability, and substitutions

Fresh goods are seasonal and availability can change between order and packing. AtlasFresh will not make a materially different substitution without the customer's consent or a substitution preference the customer previously selected. If an acceptable substitute is unavailable, the affected item may be removed and its payment resolved.

Freshness and shelf life

Freshness and remaining shelf life depend on the product, variety, harvest or catch time, transit, temperature, handling, packaging, ripeness, and storage after delivery. Inspect goods promptly. Dates and freshness estimates are not guarantees beyond mandatory food-safety or consumer obligations.

Cold storage and handling

• Refrigerate or freeze temperature-sensitive products immediately at the temperature stated on the label or listing.
• Avoid leaving perishable products unattended, in warm vehicles, or at room temperature beyond safe handling guidance.
• Prevent cross-contamination, wash hands and surfaces, separate raw seafood from ready-to-eat food, and cook products to an appropriate safe internal temperature where cooking is required.
• If packaging is compromised, temperature appears unsafe, odour or condition indicates spoilage, or a recall applies, do not consume the product; isolate it safely and contact support.

Fish and bones

Fish may contain bones even when described as cleaned, trimmed, filleted, pin-boned, or deboned. These processes reduce but cannot guarantee removal of every bone. Inspect carefully before cooking, serving, or feeding children or vulnerable people.

Ingredients, allergens, and cross-contact

Review the current label and listing before use, particularly where allergies or intolerances exist. Ingredients and facility practices can change. Fish and other major allergens may be present, and cross-contact may occur during harvesting, processing, packing, storage, or delivery where disclosed or reasonably possible. Contact support before ordering if information is unclear; do not rely solely on a product photograph.

Recalls and safety notices

AtlasFresh may use order contact details to provide urgent recall, withdrawal, allergen, or safety information. Follow the notice immediately and do not consume affected goods. Recall remedies and mandatory legal rights are not limited by another policy.

Claims and certifications

AtlasFresh does not treat words such as organic, sustainable, wild-caught, fair trade, local, medically beneficial, or certified as implied claims. Such a claim will appear only when supported by appropriate current evidence and any required certification. Product information is not medical advice.
