Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
When AtlasFresh can attempt to cancel or change an order before fresh-product fulfilment begins.

Requesting cancellation
Email support@atlasfresh.org as soon as possible with the order number. Cancellation may be requested before preparation, harvesting, sourcing, packing, refrigeration, freezing, or dispatch begins. A request is not guaranteed once fulfilment has started because perishable goods may already have been committed, prepared, or removed from sale. Mandatory cancellation rights, if any, remain unaffected.
Requesting a change
Requested changes to products, variants, quantities, substitutions, delivery time, recipient, or address are subject to stock, preparation state, price, discounts, taxes, shipping eligibility, import rules, carrier capacity, and food-safety constraints. AtlasFresh will disclose any material price or timing change before applying it where approval is required.
Address changes after dispatch
A carrier may be unable to redirect a parcel after dispatch. A permitted redirect may create delay, compromise temperature control, or add carrier cost. The customer is responsible for accurate address and access details, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation by AtlasFresh
AtlasFresh may cancel all or part of an order for unavailable or unsuitable stock, supply interruption, payment failure, fraud risk, food-safety concern, recall, legal or import restriction, delivery impossibility, abusive conduct, or an obvious pricing, currency, tax, or listing error. We will notify the customer and resolve captured payment for cancelled items.
Refund timing
An approved cancellation refund normally returns to the original payment method. Processor and bank posting times vary. A payment authorisation may instead be voided before settlement. AtlasFresh does not control the time a financial institution takes to release or display funds.

AtlasFresh is a trading brand operated by Atlas Digital Assets LLC and is not a separate legal entity.
