Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

When using AtlasFresh, you must not attempt, encourage, or help another person to:

• Access an account, system, endpoint, data set, or administrative function without authorisation.
• Bypass authentication, interfere with security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, intercept traffic, or facilitate a denial-of-service attack.
• Create fraudulent accounts, orders, payments, reviews, claims, refunds, promotions, identities, addresses, or transaction evidence.
• Upload, transmit, or link to malware, destructive code, credential theft, spam, or harmful content.
• Abuse bots, crawlers, rate limits, checkout, inventory reservations, APIs, AI tools, carrier services, payment services, or other automated systems.
• Scrape, harvest, reproduce, or extract store data unlawfully or contrary to technical restrictions and applicable rights.
• Provide false, misleading, impersonated, infringing, defamatory, unsafe, or unlawful information or content.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, consumer, or other legal rights.
• Disrupt the store, fulfilment operations, customer service, or any payment, shipping, tracking, email, analytics, hosting, or security integration.

Enforcement

Atlas Digital Assets LLC may rate-limit, block, preserve evidence, cancel affected orders, restrict or suspend access, and notify providers or authorities when reasonably necessary and lawful. Enforcement is proportionate to risk and does not remove mandatory consumer remedies for otherwise valid orders. Security research requires advance written authorisation and an agreed scope.
